Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MVM website (mvm-decor.com) and any services provided by MVM Decor (“MVM”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

MVM provides AC installation and maintenance, bespoke interior design, direct-to-wall UV murals, and home maintenance services in Doha, Qatar.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
• Final pricing may require a site survey. Any adjustments will be explained and agreed before work starts.
• If the scope of work materially changes after the initial assessment, we will issue a revised quotation.

To confirm your booking, we need written confirmation — email or WhatsApp is fine. A deposit (as detailed in your quotation) is required to secure your slot and cover initial material costs.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. If MVM is unable to fulfil the agreed scope for any reason on our end, your deposit will be refunded in full.

To help us deliver the best result, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate information about your project site, dimensions, and requirements.
• Ensure safe and timely access to the site on agreed dates.
• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the work.
• Settle invoices within the agreed payment timeline.

Delays caused by incomplete access or missing approvals may affect the project timeline. We will always communicate openly if this happens.

When work is complete, we walk through it together. We conduct a quality inspection with you on-site before handover.

All MVM services are delivered with reasonable skill and care. Where specific warranty terms apply, they will be included in your service agreement.

• UV wall prints use UV-cured, fade-resistant inks. Warranty coverage depends on surface condition and adherence to the care instructions we provide at handover.
• 24/7 emergency AC support is available for clients on a contracted maintenance plan. Call-out rates for non-contracted clients will be communicated before we attend.

All design work, artwork, and creative materials produced by MVM remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVM's total liability for any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of business, revenue, or opportunity. We are also not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control: supply chain disruptions, site access issues, or adverse conditions.

If you cancel after a deposit has been paid and materials ordered, the deposit will be forfeited to cover costs already incurred.

If MVM needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, your deposit will be refunded in full — no questions asked.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
